Business Description

AGRAGEX is a non-profit association created in 1978 and whose main objective is to serve the agricultural sector through aid in its promotion actions in foreign markets and the defense of the general interests of its associated companies.

AGRAGEX currently has 105 associated companies spread throughout the national geography and that are responsible for about 60% of the sector's exports.

To achieve its objectives, AGRAGEX organizes Direct and Reverse Commercial Missions, participates in International Fairs in the sector, channels consultations of foreign companies, conducts Market Studies, Statistics, organizes Technical Seminars, Advertising Campaigns and many other promotional activities.

For the development of all these activities, AGRAGEX has the quotas of its partners as well as the support offered by ICEX (Spain Export and Investments), under the General Secretariat of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the agreements reached with different Autonomous Communities.

Our offices are located in Bilbao where we work together with the rest of the associations that make up the AGEX Group (FUNDIGEX, SIDEREX and MAFEX) forming a team of more than 30 people.
