Job Description Bedrocan is looking for a QA Officer Trainee to join their project team during the last phase of the expansion facility in the Netherlands with the aim to prepare and gain adequate knowledge and experience to become a crucial part of the QA Team at our site in Køge, close to Copenhagen, that will set-up the new local Quality Management System and prepare for the start of production. QA Officer Trainee will initially take on a support role during the expansion project in the Netherlands where he/she will help the local QA Team with different quality related activities including validation, drafting SOP’s and monitoring of the day to day operations. After the completion of the project, the QA Officer Trainee will join the project team in charge of the Bedrocan expansion to Denmark. Using the gained knowledge and experience, the QA Officer Trainee will take on a more active role with establishing the new local Quality Management System and leading the validation activities. Finally, after the successful handover of the new production facility the QA Officer trainee will take on the function of the QA Officer/Validation Specialist of Bedrocan Denmark and will be part of the QA Team consisting of several QA Associates, a QA Officer and QA Manager. The QA Officer will report to the QA Manager. The team will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and maintaining the validation status of the systems and equipment within the production facility. This is a trainee position. No Quality Assurance experience is needed. You will be fully trained and educated on the job by colleagues and will follow internal and if necessary external courses. It is a very diverse position where you’ll have a chance to learn all facets of Quality Assurance at a unique pharmaceutical company. Within the QA team there is an open, collegial atmosphere. You will initially be located at one of our production sites in the central part of the Netherlands, after which you will return to Denmark at our site Køge, close to Copenhagen. Who are you ? You have a master or bachelor education, whether or not you have completed it, for example in the direction of Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology or Biology and Medical Laboratory Research or you have a vocational education with several years of experience in a technical field; You have the ambition to learn everything about Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical company; You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; You master the Danish and English languages in word and writing.
