Park ONE was a huge success.  It is fully sold and the success of the operators who have purchased speaks volumes about the quality of the buildings!

Park TWO will consist of 24 additional units in a similar guard gated industrial park. They will be identical to the ones we have built already. 12 units are complete with 4 additional under construction set to be finished towards the end of July 2022

These buildings are concrete tilt up construction and engineered to hold 53 AC units on the roof.  There are already drains in floors that lead to clarification tank and drains to the public sewer.

The inside ceiling heights are 28ft rising to 32ft, which allows you to add a second level inside.  Some buyers are building a full second floor and making their units close to 60,000sqft while others have done smaller mezzanines or single level layouts.

Our entire complex benefits from a recorded development agreement with that city and comes with an approved CUP (Conditional Use Permit) which is good for:

Cultivation
Manufacturing
Testing
Distribution
Nursery

The cultivation tax in the city is one of the lowest in the entire state at $5/sqft per year.
Another benefit of the development agreement is the city’s agreement to process applications for licenses within our complex rapidly.  On average, our buyers have obtained their licensing within about 1 week.
