Responsibilities for Graphic Designer

  • Receive & study briefs submitted by different departments across Sensi Brands (Recreational Brands, Medical Brands, Medical Cannabis, Wholesale & Retail)
  • Schedule projects and define timeline / production constraints
  • Develop creative for each marketing initiative and new product developments including but not limited to: social media, print materials, website content, email imagery, and product mock-ups • Use design best practices, printing procedures, photography and illustration, to create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on brand image and project KPIs
  • Work closely with other team members to translate the vision of each brand to our channels and bring them to life.
  • Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
  • Consistently provide support to the rest of the team Qualifications for Graphic Designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Familiarity with cannabis and cannabis marketing guidelines considered an asset
