Our client has created a powerful brand that meaningfully contributes to the redefinition of the medical cannabis market by providing high-quality therapeutic cannabis products throughout Europe. From our state-of-the-art facility (GACP/GMP certified) in North Macedonia we cultivate, process, and manufacture standard-assured medicinal cannabis using our industry-leading proprietary processes to supply the best medical cannabis products. About the role We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, autonomous, and detailed-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Team full-time as our Head of Business Development. Within this position, one should be identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of a business development executive include recommending ways to improve financial results, building and nurturing relations with new customers developing new markets and marketing strategies, budgeting, and P&L control. The candidate shall demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills . Key Responsibilities:
● Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
● Developing in-depth knowledge of company capacities to identify profitable business opportunities (products, markets, etc.) for both medicinal and recreational markets.
● Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research and suggesting strategies to expand market insight.
● Developing and executing the strategy for the recreational cannabis market in Europe.
● Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow the business.
● Providing leadership for the company’s sales department by setting goals and creating plans to achieve them.
● Budgeting and P&L controlling. Key Requirements:
● Proven business development & sales in THC Cannabis products or pharmaceutical industries (must).
● Effective communication and negotiation skills.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Exceptional leadership and management skills.
● Exceptional planning and execution skills.
