Aurora Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of Aurora Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of Aurora Cannabis Inc., a publicly listed Canadian medical cannabis producer based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Aurora Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for a candidates for the position of:

Key Account Manager

Northwest region – provinces: zachodniopomorskie, lubuskie and wielkopolskie.

The person hired for this position shall take an active part in implementing Aurora’s strategy in North-western Poland.

Key tasks:

• Independent management of the territory and implementation of sales strategies.

• Establishing lasting relationships and support for physicians, clinics and pharmacists to promote Aurora products.

• Organizing regional medical training.

• Administrative activities including: area analysis, effective visit and follow-up preparation, contact documentation.

• Observation of market and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a medical representative for RX products.

• Confidence high personal culture, commitment, and responsibility.

• Willingness to accept high ethical standards represented by the company.

• Strong goal orientation.

• Interests in the medical-scientific field. Experience in therapeutic areas: pain management therapy, neurology, oncology, psychiatry.

• Ability to develop a sales strategy.

• Flexibility in actions and availability.

• Communication skills, sharing knowledge, ability to present products in front of a wider audience.

• Very good organization of work ability to plan and set priorities.

• Command of English language

• Ability to work in the MS Office environment.
