POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Account Manager will help the client grow in a valuable way for our customers across all relevant channels – i.e. retail and distribution. We are seeking a well-qualified Junior Account Manager to take our brand and business to the next level. Our ideal Account Manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience within the cosmetics/beauty/health channel, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and closing deals. Focus for this role will be the follow-up and sales administration to make sure we build strong relationships with new leads and existing customers.

OBJECTIVES:

• Maintain and grow our current customers, independents, chains, wholesalers and institutions

• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

• Achieve company objectives, by creating unique and valuable partnerships

• Optimize and follow-up sales administration activities in collaboration with strategic partners

• Work closely together with Lead Team to achieve goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, together with the CEO, a sales strategy and deliver against it

• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

• Track, analyze, and communicate opportunities and business trends and plan to fulfil them

• Further build and own complete sales administration process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally sales experience, but open to graduates who are hungry and they will provide training

• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Willing to work in a fast-changing environment and in a startup context

• Good at prioritizing work and meeting commitments aligned with organizational goals

• “Work hard, play hard” mindset

• Always looking to improve and make processes more efficient and timelier

• Ability to work independently
