We are a fun & passionate team, working on the front line building an exceptional service from the ground up. We are a recruiting Clinic Co-ordinator to serve a key position as the initial point of contact for incoming patient enquiries , provide administrative services such as report/ letter typing , clinic scheduling , finance monitoring , provide support to patients during their treatment journey and being part of the wider multidisciplinary team . Your impact at Cantourage Clinic Ltd As a forward-thinker you will be the first to adopt new & innovative service initiatives , ultimately delivering improved patient wellbeing & an excellent patient experience . You will join an exciting, dynamic and fast growing medical cannabis company, working as part of a team that provides a safe, effective and responsive caring environment for patients, relatives and carers. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the high-volume patient flow is managed efficiently, and that the clinic delivers exceptional levels of customer service .

The role includes:

o Clinic scheduling , appointment management and tracking payments o Extracting information from patient records and preparing letters to patients, GPs and other health professionals

o Supporting the medical team and patients with processing pharmacy orders o Participating in quality assurance, data analysis and compliance activities.

o Participating in the delivery of training , education and media events as required.

o Extensive patient liaison via email , telephone or Microsoft teams.

o Contributing to service development & improvement.

o Ensuring the service not only meets but exceeds regulatory standards

o Are a true team player , supportive of colleagues as well as each patients

Must haves:

o Excellent typing , word processing & IT skills o Competency in note taking / minuting meetings

o Exceptional communication & organisational skills

o An interest in the use of cannabis-based medicines and a willingness to support patient access

o The confidence to work with limited direct supervision ( after training and induction)

o Be willing to help out and share tasks as the team grows and business develops

o Be a competent administrator with experience in a health care environment What do we offer?
