Your Role

As a Sales Manager in Spain, you will be responsible for Semasio to maintain and further grow as market leader. You will report directly to our Group Head Sales and work closely with our customer success team to further unlock new revenue streams. You will be working closely with the global team based out of the US on helping integrate the Fyllo and Semasio tech with not only agencies but helping build Global brand direct relationships.

A key part of this role is the ability to build meaningful and long-lasting client relationships and to be a strategic partner to our customers.

Day to Day

  • Source & identify new revenue streams
  • Prepare pitch materials and responses to RFPs
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop new campaign strategies for clients
  • Build, follow up, and close the pipeline of business to hit and overachieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Comfortable in speaking and presenting to all levels of clients and able to adapt to the conditions
  • Travel to clients across the country

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the digital advertising space
  • Ability to build a portfolio of clients from zero
  • Experience building bespoke client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
  • Well-established, strong personal connections and relationships with brands and agencies
  • Managed successful client deployments and ensured ongoing client satisfaction leading to renewals, revenue growth, and the discovery of new addressable revenue opportunities
  • A self-starter who is not afraid to operate independently
  • Well-versed in media vocabulary and key performance metrics
  • Highly knowledgeable and self-motivated to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
