Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy:

SENIOR PROJECT & LAUNCH MANAGER ( Pharma)

Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management, will be responsible for coordinating and leading the corporate projects of the company.

BEING HIS/HER MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Drive value creation by leading and executing projects: Developments, Co-Developments, Strategic Launches, Lifecycle strategic projects, etc.
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-country Project Teams ensuring good communication through all the departments
  • Plan & coordinate all activities across a project
  • Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget supporting also the change management processes
  • Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead of Kick off, follow-up & project closure meetings
  • Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our Project Management tool (Smartsheet)

WE REQUIRE:

  • Holds a university degree, preferably Scientific degree (eg. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
  • Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional-PMI.)
  • At least 10 years professional work experience in Project Management in pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Project planning negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent, training experience and ability for teamwork
  • Knowledge of the drug development process and launch management
  • Project management and hands-on experience with project and launch management
  • Proficient technology skills (e.g., MS Office software, MS Project, etc.) required.
  • Fluent English (Knowledge of other European languages like Spanish, German, French will be valuable )
  • MS Project or Smartsheet knowledge will be valuable
  • Availability to travel
  • International experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a strong business focus
  • Ability to work independently and engage wider stakeholders across organization both internally and externally.
