The Challenge
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the OneTrust Content Marketing team. This role will develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels. You’re a strong copy writer with a balanced creative and analytical mind that can effortlessly create social content for a variety of products and personas.
Your Mission
The Social Media Manager will set strategy and create social media assets that promote our corporate story, product roadmap, customer success, and employee advocacy. Working with a social marketing agency, you will manage the overarching social media calendar and activities across a broad variety of channels and be responsible for critical KPIs that map to our corporate goals. This role will also work collaboratively across the global marketing team to ensure the promotion of the right content at the right time on the right channels.
You Are
You’ve demonstrated success building and executing on social media campaigns that drive marketing value, and you’re a creative, positive and high-energy individual with hands-on mentality and excitement for new technologies and emerging trends. You have excellent writing skills across a wide range of deliverables and points of view; from short and punchy to longform social posts. You’re on top of trending topics and know how to find interesting and relevant pieces of industry news to share across social channels. You’re experienced executing high-quality organic social media campaigns. You have an eye for design and know how to convert content into visual and video forms, and you can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and tasks. You have strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, and you’re willing and flexible to tackle new projects and priorities.
Your Experience Includes
- BA/BS degree in business, advertising, communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent working experience.
- 3-5+ years’ social media experience with relevant campaign or integrated marketing experience
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Live Social, or other social media planning tools and technology
Extra Awesome
- Previous B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or software experience
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, AEM, Monday.com, and other marketing technologies
- Design, photography, videography, and editing skills
